@ School Unconference session in 2009
This space has been set up for all those who, on the Friday morning of the conference from 9 - 10.30, would like to
initiate - set up the opportunity for all to comeConference and take responsibility for a session
lead - set up and intro the session for all to participate
join - attend and take part in the discussion - note that passive participation is quite OK
a discussion about any topic that broadly fits under the category of Technology.
If you would like to either initiate or lead a session, first check to see if anyone has already set up that topic, and then proceed by selecting a venue type from the navigation bar, click "Edit the Page" and typecurrently in the discussion/presentation title, explanation of the intention of the session and your name and "Save" the page. By Friday morning you will have been allocated a space for your discussion and hopefully have a group of people who want to come and participate.
Please check the facilities that will be available in such a space before finalising your selection. Computer lab availability cannot be guaranteed but you can request that people bring laptops if possible and still hook into the network.
If you would like to join an existing session, click on the relevant tab, click "Edit the page" and type your name in the list of participants for the session with what you can contribute or hope to gain from the session, and "Save" the page. Check back by Friday morning to confirm the venue for that discussion.
NB Please do not write your session on this page - choose an appropriate venue style from the left navigation and enter the details in the first available template.recess
